The patented Auto-Optic scan head provides 8 distinct optical configurations—combining four aperture sizes (Option A: 3, 5, 10, 20 mil; Option B: 3, 6, 10, 20 mil) and two light wavelengths (660 nm visible red and 925 nm infrared) selectable via menu settings. Unlike monochrome verifiers, the 5000A displays the entire Scan Reflectance Profile in full color, highlighting specific defect zones, modulation dips, and decodability errors directly on screen.
